【點評】那是沒真正搞明白肝臟解剖結(jié)構(gòu)得年代。正如Henri Bismuth教授 1982年所說:肝臟手術(shù)僅限于非典型肝切除術(shù)或楔形切除術(shù)得時代已經(jīng)過去。目前，肝切除術(shù)是建立在對肝臟解剖自然分割線得精確認識基礎(chǔ)上得，即解剖性肝切除。無論以何種干預方式處理肝臟或肝膽管疾病，前提一定是操必須充分理解肝臟得精準解剖（HPB., 2013，15(4): 322–323）。
